Other winners include Egyptian Jamal Al Ghitani (literature), Algerian Dr. Youcef Oglici (young author), Dr. Baqer Salman Al Najjar from the University of Bahrain (best contribution to the development of the country), Algerian Dr. Youcef Oughlici (young author), Dr. Sa'ad Abdulaziz Maslouh, (translation), and Egyptian Dr. Maher Rady (fine arts). The winner for best publishing and distribution house was Dar Al Masriah Al Lubnaniah, which was founded in 1985 in Egypt and has published 750 works, including more than 100 translations.
